P.A.L.A.D's primary objective is to promote the skills of the residents of Pililia and establish the city's reputation in the realm of art. As a result, their creations have been showcased both within and outside of Pililia, and they have also conducted training programs and collaborative projects with the local government to support fellow citizens with an interest in the arts.
