Romer "Pio" D. Kagayutan (b. 1984) is a distinguished Filipino visual artist hailing from the historic town of Pagsanjan, Laguna. Currently based in Pangil, Kagayutan has established himself as a formidable force in the Philippine contemporary art scene, particularly recognized for his technical mastery and consistent success in prestigious national competitions.

Kagayutan’s foundation in the visual arts began with his studies in Arts and Graphics Design at the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) Manila. This academic background, combined with a versatile skill set that spans fine art painting to large-scale public murals, has allowed him to develop a unique aesthetic that resonates with both local communities and national critics.
