Product Description
Richard "Bogie" Cagayat was born in Paete Laguna, known as The Art Capital of the Philippines. At the young age of 14, he discovered his love for art, painting, and handicrafts. As the years passed, he tried various styles such as Manga anime to Cartoons, realism to whimsical, fantasy to Filipiñana, recreating Filipino lifestyle and culture, and his life experiences. With his impeccable achievements: self-taught skills in handicrafts, 1st place award in UP Diliman’s UP SAVER poster-making competition during his secondary education, being a finalist in Galal Kalalangan Aslagan National Art Competition 2022, participating in various exhibits and national contests such as GSIS National Art Competition in 2008 and 2023, he became versatile with his passion.

He does not confine himself to one style but instead openly goes beyond his work of art. His achievements had notable recognition that his peers dreamed of. In all of his work, he has his signature cloud and spiral art inspired by his mother teaching him how to draw a cloud when he was young. His works are also inspired by the Golden Ratio of Art that gives off his signature style in painting. His bright inner circle signature is his stepping stone to starting a masterpiece that turns nothing into something.

His creativity, talents, and style have earned him gradual recognition in the art industry, making him a contributor to Bañez Art Gallery. He is still creating masterpieces today, exploring more of his natural gifts and skills, aided by his perseverance and determination.
