Harold Balatinsayo Gomez, a Filipino-born artist, leading art and cultural advocate of their town. Pursuing a childhood passion, He joined Philip Morris Group of Co. "Pandayan Art Workshop" which provided him the formal training and discipline. Since 1992 he had far participated in more than 100 group shows in his hometown, an online international exhibit titled "Hope"

As he continued journey intor arts, he began to organize his fellow art enthusiasts in his hometown in an art group called Kintab Artists Groupm Inc. This non-profit group of visual artists, writers, musicians, and other art fortes express different identities in their art pieces and he encouraged them to preserve, promote and develop his hometown's culture tradition, and arts.
