Product Description

Eunice is a visual artist based in Manila. She developed an interest in drawing since she was young, and her first illustrations were inspired by characters from storybooks, Disney and Japanese television animations. While she dreams of becoming an artist, her tight schedule from academics, work, and daily life hindered her from nourishing her skills, making it just a side hobby. She has an immense love for traditional arts but it wasn't until she was in her 30s that she revised her passion. This was reinforced when she started going to art shows, exhibitions and museum events. She the have up her sales job and became a full-time artist. Her styles are concentration in the notions of symbolic arts and sometimes can be seen in three-dimensional fashion.

She uses vivid colors to varying tones that usually depict nature, animals and seemingly interactive objects and people. Her other subjects, which are also inspired by the glimpses of urban landscapes, scenic views and even visual memories. She would paint her pain and grief out making subjects and compositions that would reflect her preeminent emotions and inner thoughts--creating beauty from strife.

She hopes that such paintings could draw connections or bring positive energy to the viewers.
