Born in the fishing capital of the Philippines (NAVOTAS ) and a BSBA accounting undergrad. of Navotas Polytechnic College, EDISON BARLAN won the different competitions in the Philippines like MADE National Art Competition, Tarlac National Art Competition and other competition in the past years as a painter, he concentrates on the use of patterns of color DELINEATED by white lines, Edison Barlan’s paintings reveal images to those patient enough to look. Inspired by dreams barlan’s work encapsulate his hopes for the future.
