Weriel "wewei" Mallari born on May 10, is an uprising artist in his hometown Tarlac. He acquired his talent by learning from his mentor, his father who is also a visual artist, and honed it more by completing his Bachelor of Fine Arts, Major in Advertising in Tarlac State University. During his college years, he joined and won top awards on several national painting competitions.

Experimenting into a Contemporary Art he juxtaposes portraits and insects, which symbolizes his feelings, passion theory and beliefs as well as dreams and fantasy. Using oil on canvas for painting and mixed media of plastic and wood on his sculpture. He tends to create more masterpieces focusing on form of contemporary realist as he aims to be "heard", his heart from his Art.
